Bai Mudan is made only from the newly sprouted buds and fresh leaves of the Da Bai tea plant varietals. This early harvest provides a light infusion with a smooth texture, delicate and herbaceous aroma and a sweet, nutty flavor to the brew. Being the least processed of the Camelia Sinensis teas, white tea is one of the highest in antioxidants and the lowest in caffeine content.

Each tea is unique and can be brewed differently according to personal preference. We provide brewing instructions as a starting point, but we encourage you to experiment with each tea and find the quantity, steep time, and number of infusions that works for you.
