Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp Cultivate Pumpkin Pie Spice 
  • 2-3 dates OR 1 tsp agave, pure maple or raw honey (I used dates)


  1. If using @Vitamix use ice cream setting or simple blend option on a basic blender. 
  2. Add ice if you’d like (I didn’t)
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh bananas, raw cacao nibs, hemp seeds and toasted hazelnuts (Almonds/Pecans are good with this too!)
  4. Enjoy!
