Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp Cultivate Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2-3 dates OR 1 tsp agave, pure maple or raw honey (I used dates)
Instructions:
- If using @Vitamix use ice cream setting or simple blend option on a basic blender.
- Add ice if you’d like (I didn’t)
- Pour into a bowl and top with fresh bananas, raw cacao nibs, hemp seeds and toasted hazelnuts (Almonds/Pecans are good with this too!)
- Enjoy!
